Thank you for stopping by!I found this a very good grounding the the statistical theory, but also there were good discussions about some of the practical issues. The introduction to the various software packages was also very helpful. Every professor has unique and great qualities in them and the unique and great quality that I found in Prof Anthony Babinec is that he can write pages of explanation for each and every line in the book.

He is an awesome professor. He explained each and every doubts we had to the perfection. I feel this class gave me a much better understanding of how to design experiments and enhanced my statistical vocabulary.

One thing I liked about Mr. Babinec's approach was that his written explanations were precise. Overall, I enjoyed the class and it was well worth the time spent. Instructor John Verzani provided timely and detailed responses to each and every question posted on the forum.

His depth of knowledge in both statistics and R and his passion for teaching are the major contribution to the success of this class. I took this class out of general curiosity and the fact that it used Python, which is increasingly attractive to me in building my own software tools.

To my delighted surprise I found the course to be one of the very best (out of more than 20) I have taken at Statistics.

It proved a harmonious blend of theory (buttressed by relevant reading and videos by the instructor), focused homework exercises, and training in Python coding. As a result I learned much and enjoyed the process greatly.

I was particularly impressed with the instructor's choice of homework assignments, which fascinated me, and with the importance he placed in students writing clear, even elegant, Python code.

This is my fifth course using Python at Statistics. Allan Leis is a seasoned professional, working in the field, and it was a luxury having him cast an experienced gaze on my rudimentary code. It's the kind of thing that would never happen in a MOOC and shows the value of a course such as this. Within 2 weeks of taking this class, I was able to produce far more informative plots than I ever had before.

I'm inspired to take more classes and learn as much as I can about this wonderful new world. A friend recommended it several years ago, but I opted for free MOOCs instead, which haven't worked for me. The small size of the classes, the attention by the instructor, and the assignments bode well for learning. All in all - a great course. It was perfect, much recommended to anybody wanting to understand the dynamics behind political microtargeting and how it can be applied to business.

Many theoretical aspects that were known in the past have been empirically implemented with wonderful exercises of Mr.Alabama (9-0) boasts a 30-game regular-season winning streak. But after watching its best defensive players drop like flies last week in a less-than-inspiring win against LSU, the Tide look vulnerable. So Bama can crowd the line of scrimmage, force third-and-long, get the ball back to its offense early and often and win by strangulation. How Mississippi State can win: Win at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

Score in the low 20s, avoid giving up big, explosive plays downfield and perhaps the crowd in Starkville can witness a historic win. The Tide failed to cover the spread vs. Florida State became a terrible team.

Bama has yet to face Georgia, Auburn or Mississippi State. The week after a huge game against LSU, normally this would be a let-down spot for Alabama. But this 2017 Alabama team tends to play its best after mediocre outings. After a 41-23 win against Colorado State, the Tide annihilated Vanderbilt, 59-0, and Ole Miss, 66-3. Mississippi State is next in this ledger after a mediocre game in Week 10. And a road game against a ranked SEC team will have the full attention of these players and the coaching staff.

Not to worry, as the Tide will roll out a swarm of 5-star backups. Saban squashes run-first, defense-first opponents like bugs. Running quarterbacks sometimes have success against Bama.

But Saban holds a distinct coaching advantage here. Hurts has protected the football very well this season.

January 1948

Backup Tua Tagovailoa is a much better downfield passer. That makes sense, considering the Bulldogs average 46. But the one-dimensional offense that relies on efficiency, long drives and wearing down opponents managed a combined 13 points against Auburn and Georgia. Alabama fields a similar defense. That could be trouble Saturday. Mississippi State just played UMass, and actually trailed at halftime. The Bulldogs offense scored just 20 points and gave up 7 to the Minutemen defense. Perhaps Mississippi State was looking ahead to Alabama.

Fitzgerald is a gem of a runner. Nick Fitzgerald, a good offensive line and a deep backfield will help Mississippi State occasionally succeed against a wounded Bama defense. Expect Alabama to dominate field position, intercept a few passes and squeeze the life out of the cowbell-toting crowd in the second half.

I also love the under here, and made the total 44 when I handicapped the game. More than likely there will be bets and odds available for The International 2017.

It is the biggest Dota 2 tournament of the year with like the largest prize pool of all TIs ever and we are very excited for it. Again, a big thank you to Sofia. We had no issues during our stay. The hotels were well located in relation to the train stations, and were of a high standard. The voucher system worked well and presented no difficulties. Pity about the rain in Bergen, but the locals told us, that it always rains in Bergen. Already recommended the trip to friends. Thanks for all your assistance prior to the visit. I cannot say enough good things about our tour with Nordic Visitor.

Every interaction, from first contact to the tour itself, was a pleasure. Sigfus was wonderful, addressing all our questions and issues in an efficient manner. The tour itself was amazing. We loved the quiet and natural beauty of the West Fjords and we enjoyed the flexibility of the self-drive tour to tailor our activities to suit our interests (and the weather).

We would most certainly consider another self-drive tour with Nordic Visitor. This was our first trip with Nordic Visitor and we expect that it won't be our last.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious at each of the guest houses. And most importantly the people of Iceland were kind and hospitable. We felt very welcome and safe.

We were very impressed with the service.
